Without knowing it, sometimes you can lead yourself down a path of self-destruction that can only be stopped by a MAJOR awakening of the heart, soul, and body. The last few years have been an attempt to end the self-destruction...this fresh new start is going to be the end of it. I look onward and upward and forward in my new life starting today and say "goodbye" to the old and "hello" to the new.
